FHCP's service area consists of Volusia and Flagler counties in east central Florida. FHCP commenced operations on July 1, 1974 and has been a trusted member of the community since that time. In 1981, FHCP entered into a contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and has been providing both medical and prescription coverage.
