Enrollment

To enroll in Florida Health Care Plans, a Medicare Beneficiary may choose to complete one of the following options:

• Attend an FHCP Informational Seminar held in various locations throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties. To reserve a seat call FHCP's Marketing Department at 1-800-232-0578 in Volusia County or 386-446-9802 in Flagler County. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week.
• Or, you may enroll online by clicking here which will take you directly to FHCP's Plan Comparison for 2009. Once you have determined which plan you would like to enroll in just click the Enroll On-line today link. Once you have completed your online enrollment, you will receive a Confirmation Page containing your confirmation number. Should you have any questions regarding your enrollment you may call our Enrollment Department at 1-800-352-9824, ext. 7160, please have your confirmation number on hand should you call. TTY call 1-877-260-8312. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
