ROUTINE VISION CARE is limited to routine eye exams provided by a participating optometrist.
DENTAL CARE is limited to one examination every six months to include dental cleaning and exam. All other dental care is available at a discounted fee for service. For more information on our Dental Program see our Dental Brochure.
PHARMACY BENEFITS include generic and brand name medications, contained in FHCP's drug formulary, available at FHCP in-house pharmacies and contract Walgreen pharmacies. The FHCP in-house pharmacies also offer a mail order program at a discounted price.

ANCILLARY BENEFITS are now available with your FHCP health benefits. As part of the BCBSF acquisition of FHCP in January, FHCP Marketing Department now has access to the extensive portfolio of Ancillary Insurance Products and Services offered by Florida Combined Life Insurance Company, Inc. (FCL).
Established in 1988, FCL is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and an affiliate of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. FCL has expanded its capabilities to include a wide range of contributory and non-contributory products including: Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D and Disability.
