In addition: We own and operate 10 staff facilities, providing families with many services at one convenient location We have contracts with a comprehensive network of providers – including all hospitals in Volusia and Flagler Counties  – to give our members unparalleled health care provider access Individuals may choose to add a point of service option that gives them access to providers worldwide FHCP members may also access Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Inc’s Health Options plan that offers providers within the state of Florida and, through Blue Cross’s BlueCard Network, outside of Florida

We know things happen. If you should need inpatient care, it’s provided 24 hour a day/7 days a week through our contracted area hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing and mental health facilities. You also are covered for 24/7emergency care both inside and outside of our service area.

When you want to take a larger role in managing your coverage, you can use our Member Portal to securely view documentation – 24/7/365 – from any computer anywhere a browser can be accessed. You also can access the Health Portal and register for “Welcome to Wellness,” our   innovative health management tool that gives you a personalized health risk assessment on a variety of areas of improvement concerning your health. You also can retrieve a database of thousands of articles, programs, and news related to health and health conditions – available in both English and Spanish.
